Procedure for Online Application for DMLC Recruitment:
Candidates interested and eligible to participate in the job exam of the Directorate of Military Lands and Cantonments (DMLC) must fill out the application online, as no other method of application will be accepted. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to correctly fill out the online application form through the website specified in the DMLC job circular:
- Visit https://jobsmrmi.gov.bd or http://dmlc.teletalk.com.bd.
- Click on the “Application Form” option.
- Select the position you wish to apply for.
- Click the “Next” button.
- If you are a premium member of alljobs.teletalk.com.bd, select “Yes,” otherwise select “No.”
- You will receive the DMLC job application form.

- Upload your recent color photo and signature image.

Procedure for Payment of Application Fee for DMLC Recruitment:
Once the online application is successfully completed, the Applicant’s Copy provided will contain a User ID. The application fee must be paid using this User ID. The fee for the positions specified in serial numbers (a) is 600/- Taka; for serial numbers (b-c), it is 500/- Taka; and for serial numbers (d-e), it is 300/- Taka (charges apply). The application fee should be paid via SMS.
Follow these steps to pay the fee through 2 SMS from a Teletalk Pre-paid SIM:
- First SMS: Type DMLC <space> User ID and send it to 16222.
- Second SMS: Type DMLC <space> Yes <space> PIN and send it to 16222.
Note: After sending the first SMS, you will receive a PIN in a return SMS to be used in the second SMS.
Once the second SMS is sent correctly, you will receive a Password in a return SMS that should be stored along with your User ID for future use. Both the User ID and Password are necessary for downloading the admit card.
Procedure for Retrieving SMS for DMLC Recruitment:
Candidates who wish to retrieve SMS for the DMLC recruitment exam can do so only from a Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number by following the SMS procedure below:
- If you know the User ID: Type DMLC <space> Help <space> User ID and send it to 16222. Example: DMLC Help ABCDEFGH & send to 16222

Downloading Admit Card for DMLC Recruitment Exam:
The admit card or entry ticket for the DMLC recruitment exam will be informed to eligible candidates through SMS at the appropriate time. Ineligible candidates will not receive any SMS related to admit card downloads.
Information about obtaining the admit card for the DMLC recruitment exam will be provided on http://dmlc.teletalk.com.bd and via SMS to the candidate’s mobile phone (only to eligible candidates) in due time.

Conditions for Participation in the DMLC Recruitment Exam:
According to the DMLC job circular 2024, the recruitment exam will be conducted in two stages:
