- Leading, directing and monitoring all channels in the assigned upazila.
- Regularly visit agent outlets (at least twice a week) and monitor the activities of agent outlets in designated upazilas.
- Ensure deposit collection, new A/c opening with proper documents and customer monitoring.
- Segment wise (Retail, CMSE and Agri) loan customer inspection, document collection, loan file processing, disbursement and follow up of loan customer.
- Assist agents and CSOs in preparing client database and manage the same for marketing and development.
- Visit agent and client business place/corporate office/project site at regular intervals to ensure new business as well as loan recovery.
