- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Equivalent/Graduate. Must have at least 3 years practical experience working as Branch Manager in credit program in national level microfinance institution.
- Monthly Salary: BDT 48,609/- (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch and other allowances). Also, there is an opportunity to get incentives ranging from BDT 24,000/- to BDT 33,000/- on quarterly basis subject to target achievement and free single accommodation facility.
2. Name of the post: Senior Field Officer
- No. of Posts: 100
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Equivalent. Must have minimum 5 years working experience in microfinance activities.
- Monthly Salary: Total BDT 35,360/- (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch allowance and other allowances). Also, there are incentives ranging from BDT 16,000/- to BDT 22,000/- on quarterly basis and free single accommodation facility subject to achievement of targets.
